For the nationwide launch of I:CO, the retailers and service-providing companies taking part are ADLER Modemärkte, MISTER MINIT shoe repair, RENO, Stichweh dry-cleaners, Vögele-Shoes, Bingo-Schuh-Discount and MAX Shoes. The shoe retailer RENO start with the “i:counter” collection machine in four cities: Hamburg, Osnabruck, Karlsruhe and Munich and will implement the concept in each of their stores by the end of the year.

ADLER and Stichweh have started with the “i:collection bag” system in their stores. MISTER MINIT employees accept footwear directly. Andreas Berents, President of MISTER MINIT comments: “It is amazing that every year approximately 300 million pairs of shoes are thrown into the garbage.
